What's happening with my hangovers?

I'm a 22m who's been drinking since he was 16 , I've probably drank at least once a week since about 17 and also lots of long binges but never drank lots of spirits or anything like that just beer . I don't drink as often now but when I do I'm physically and mentally sick for 3-4 days after especially if I drank two days in a row (8-9) beers ..
I ger flu symptoms and body aches and weakness and heart palpitations
