posting this here mostly for the sake of posterity. Longest I've gone in roughly twenty years of drinking. Still coming to terms with the fact that my brain is unfortunately not wired for moderation.
All the best to this community and thank you for your posts.
Looking forward to the future - for the first time in ages I can say I'm feeling hopeful about continuing to work towards recovery.
