Pear infused vodka

I have a bottle of pear infused vodka aka the company grew a pear inside the bottle and covered it in vodka. It’s from 2018 and starting to take on the colour of the pair. Anyone have experience with this and is it already gone bad? And if not does anyone know when it will?
