Hello alchemists!
My background is in western philosophy but in the last 2 years, via meditation, I’ve done the unthinkable & kind of branched out a bit in my pursuit of the truth. This is a huge step for me and still totally new.
I am actually mind blown and over the moon that alchemy is in principle alive and well. To me, in a way this means that metaphysics is alive and well outside of the toxic shitshow that is today’s academic philosophy. This is a relief.
Anyway, I’ve been watching a few videos from Kymia Arts which has given me a sense of what alchemy is today. From what I’d seen, I couldn’t still quite get why one would take up operational alchemy.
What kind of thought processes does your mind go through, what do you feel you’re learning repeating these predictable reactions? I hope this is not rude I am super curious.
I actually have so many questions but I’ll stop myself here. Thanks in advance!
