I can't enter corrupted dungeons in Bz?

I was trying to get into some Stalker level dungeons today but couldn't for some reason? I met the requirements of have 900 IP and being in a Bz, and I already have 45k infamy. It would let me press enter, but then nothing would load and that would be it. It also would have the default selection to Slayer which I thought was interesting since I didn't have the requirements for it.
Is this a bug or a new feature?
