I’ll preface this by saying I believe in masks, am triple vaxxed, etc, but I am curious about private businesses implementing their own mask rules. I was at Costco today and they were legitimately yelling at people who came in without masks and telling them that they require masks in store. How enforceable is this now that the city and the province is not mandating them? It just seemed like the yelling was a bit overkill and some folks entering didn’t have masks on them and had to leave. One lady needed to buy baby formula and wasn’t able to enter and was pleading with them to allow her in.
