A few weeks ago, WestJet changed two of my upcoming flights. After accepting the changes, they sent me a code for 25% off. Unfortunately the code is too many characters, and doesn’t work. Does anyone know the best way to get a hold of them? I heard the phone wait time can be up to 10 hours!!
