Who bought Ovinitiv Duvernay Assets?

I heard they sold for about $250 MM to an undisclosed buyer. Any word on who bought them?
What is interesting is the Duvernay was once a Crown jewel for Encana. Now it’s gone. Hope it’s a Canadian company that bought it and will grow it out. But not CNRL!
