Post Body
So I have read thu the act and believe I understand correctly. Basically our lease ended Dec 1st 2023. Single house we rent the entire house. My understanding is that our lease automatically assume month to month under the same stipulations as the prior lease. Now the landlord has requested a increase in rent cost. I should be entitled to 90 days notice correct? Or am I wrong about either aspect here.
