Then turning around and telling my rapist that I was trying to blackmail him and you got his back. He has 2 other cases. And everyone wonders why we DO NOT report rapes or sexual assaults.

EDIT: thank you everyone for your support. Unfortunately my case is a cold case, as it was a he said, she said. Considering the fact that he has had 2 actual cases with DNA swabbed, in another state that hasn't even been tested yet. And even my texts weren't enough proof without him actually verbally confirming it or confirming it directly via the word Yes, or I know I R* you, etc. Because he had been through this 2 previous times, he knew exactly how to skirt around the questions and evade it. And even with real vivid memory of what was on the TV, what I was wearing, how his living room and bedroom/ceiling looked, I would still be blamed and seen as someone who is just trying to blackmail him. As of now, the R* is living carefree with his kids. YES HIS KIDS. And let me tell you, after it happened, and I confronted him about it, he was FAKE crying. No tears at all, talking about how he has a daughter and he can't imagine if it happened to her, he would be so and so. I should've recorded that, shouldve been smarter and a quicker, better thinker then, but I was angry, shocked, and emotional. And to recap, HE HAS 2 OTHER CASES THAT HASNT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED. so thats saying A LOT. Last time I checked aka before the R*, he was an E-6 or 7 in the US ARMY.
