Alright, I need to get this off my chest. Going to the gym sometimes feels like stepping into the ultimate thirst trap. The sweat, the grunts, the intensityāitās a full-blown sensory overload.
Letās talk about jogger pants. Like, how are those even allowed in public? The way everything is justā¦ there. And when theyāre doing deadlifts or squats? Lord, forgive me, but my imagination goes straight to the gutter. Donāt even get me started on when they take off their shirts mid-set. Iām out here trying to focus on my reps, but suddenly, Iām thinking about positions that have nothing to do with fitness.
There was this one time, I was doing leg presses, and this guy was benching in front of me, his shorts riding up just a bitā¦ I swear I almost choked on my water. Like, sir, I came here to build strength, not fantasies.
I know I canāt be the only one who gets these thoughts mid-workout. Itās almost like the gym is low-key designed to make you horny. Anyone else out here struggling to focus on sets because youāre too busy thinking about taking someone to the locker room for aā¦ āprivate sessionā?
