The AJ community is growing fast, and we need a few dedicated individuals to help take care of moderation duties alongside our current team!

Requirements:

• Loves the AJ community so very very much
• Must be an ACTIVE member of the AJ subreddit / Discord server for AT LEAST 1 year
• Good history within the subreddit / server; no warnings or bans on record
• Reads the rules, enforces the rules, and suggests new ones as needed by the community
• Pleasing personality
• Good writing skills -- at least B in Grade 6 English
• Sex-positive outlook
• Good morals and positive character; must embody the spirit of the AJ community

Nice to haves:

• Experience in online community management; history of modding another server / subreddit / any online community
• Experience in handling drama
• Graphic design and/or coding experience (plus points for CSS, GoLang)
• Experience in content creation (images, text, video, etc)

Tasks:

• Attend team meetings via AJ Discord server
• Enforce rules within the subreddit / Discord server
• Engage the community in a positive manner
• Assist the mod team in handling/arranging/promoting community events community events

• Be in-the-know on the content production calendar of AJ starting this year
• Contribute to the ever-growing lore of AJ
• Gain the love, respect and adulation of the AJ community ❤
