Being the socially awkward college boy I am, I don't have many friends. I always feel weird in bigger groups as I much prefer 1 on 1 time with someone though I am always terrible at starting conversations leading to me just either being a loud goofball or just to myself.
With this post I want to change that and broaden my horizon of people I talk to of mainly being my one good friend and coworkers, however, with that being said I don't have much social media so I really don't keep up with a lot of trends with my own generation. It makes it kind of hard to talk with those who really only like to talk about the newest big thing that's out.
I love to hear about people's likes and dislikes to just generally learn about what they're passionate about. I've been in and out of hobbies due to a motivation problem but I have interests in electronics, 3d modeling/cad, Lego, video game collecting, and diy projects.
When I get going with a conversation you can catch on that I sometimes think way too much about one think. One thing I like to do to pass the time is ask random hypotheticals, mainly stupid ones but I do my best to think of ones every so often that actually need some thought to the answer.
Before I ramble on forever and ever I should stop myself and leave it off with an important note. I'm super busy and not at that point where I could keep a healthy romantic relationship going so just casually talking is my main goal at the moment. I'm also not really wanting to talk about anything sexual.
