Very Happy about the Exhaust changes on PBE

"Exhausts target enemy champion, reducing their Movement Speed by 30%, and their damage dealt by 40% for 2.5 seconds."
- No longer reduced attack speed by 30%
- No longer reduced armor and MR by 10
I have fucked up my Q proccs so many times, because of getting exhausted, midcombo and canceling it 2 earl. the AS debuff being gone itself will therefor make me incredibly happy.
also 2 exhausts in every game was...well.. exhausting. even if it stays that way, i can at least be sure, to get my damage out, without looking like a moron lol
