Which airsoft weapons replicate the actions of an M-4, AK and glock the best?

I am looking for a cheap alternative to train with (ammo) and would like to go beyond 5rd mag capacity, start people on weapons with airsoft especially in drills/movement and be able to train in multiple locations. I am looking for stuff that weighs and feels similar to actual weapon systems. (I will not be replacing live fire, only supplementing it)
Anyone else train like this in the GTA?
