7.7lb mystery box

Ordered the $200 open box gun from Evike. Shipping info says it's 7.7lbs (including a 14mm thread adapter for the Scorpion Evo). Any educated guesses as to what may be in it? Anyone get one recently that was also 7.4 - 7.7lbs?
