Krytac Vector owners/Techs, I want to own one, but I also want to rewire the batteries to the buffer tube instead. is it possible?

Love the Vector, and want to add it to my collection, but that battery space is just atrocious.
I want to copy the look of Mira's Vector in R6. I don't really have a hands on experience with the Vectors. It should be possible to drill a hole through an area where the buffer tube adaptor would be right?
*Edit just wanted to layout my thought process of how I'd do it
Drill enough for the wires to pass through, then solder the connector on the other side.
