Help with Green gas

I have a G&G Gtp9, and it is having an issue woth feeding, using .20g bbs and green gas. What could be the issue, it does it randomly. I live in western washington, which I know it isn't optimal for green gass or Co2 really. Just looking for some advise or perhaps a different gun to try out that would be better for the region
