Dumb Question: Does anyone know whether Glock Gen 5 slides work on Gen 4 frames? (EF/VFC)

I have a Gen 4. G34 and I can’t find aftermarket slides and outer barrels for it. But I saw that replacing the slide and barrel with Gen 4. G17 parts is a thing. But with the new Gen 5. coming out I’m curious as to what the compatibility with those would be?
