Rail mount pistol?

I have this gas pistol, i used it in combat for the first time a few days ago and found that it’s very very accurate, so I was wondering if there’s any way I could put a rail and red dot sight on it, if so, do I need a specific type of mount for it or will any universal pistol mount work.
