DIY R hop

So I’ve been looking at getting a drop in unit pre made, but most places are out of stock for the size. Or it takes a hell of a long time. So my question is, how hard would it be to buy a pre made patch for the barrel window, buy a barrel and all the extra junk and piece it all together myself? Side note, do prowin hop chambers fit in krytacs or, are there better options??
