Well mates, I've been thinking about diversifying my roles when it comes to airsoft. I've played EOD, Designated Marksman, and General Infantry. My next idea, as seen from the title, is the Sniper role.

Now trust me, I've seen the discussions before, I know sniping is not action packed like being a point-man on a breaching team. I realize most of what I'd be doing, should I take up the role, would be recon and calling things in to whoever's in charge. My question is more on the technical side. For the snipers among us, what kind of gats are you running? Spring rating, bb weight, scope magnification? Done any modding yourselves, or has it all been straight out of the box?
