So I finally caved and bought a new gun, Novritsch's SSR-4. I thought it would look better in camo rather than the original black, so I took it apart and painted the body. I taped off areas I thought would be better of without paint, (either for esthetics or functionality), and went to work.
I also swapped the stock off of my old G&G Combat Machine SRXL, and painted that too. I've got a Crimson Trace "Complete Focus" tactical light mounted on the side, as well as VLIFE red/green dot for my optics.
I'm pretty proud of the paint job, but obviously I'm biased. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I'd love to hear what some of you think!
