EON HOP UP CHAMBER WOOPS

Long story short I installed the nozzle sleeve into the hop, which I eventually realised is only needed for HPA. My gun is AEG. Gun wasn’t firing correctly so I took it apart then planned to remove the sleeve to realise it’s not there anymore. I think it exploded inside the gun and came out the barrel. No peices or anything. Anyone had this before? Super weird. I am 100 percent sure I put the sleeve in so WHERE THR FOOK DID IT GO?
