Need plate carrier suggestions that work with a backpack/chest rig

So I have the HK army reflex backpack and I’m wondering if there are any plate carriers that ride low enough on my chest to allow me to use the chest rig you see in the pictures while also having thin shoulder straps that don’t interfere with the backpack. Does anyone have any ideas? I can’t find any plate carriers that aren’t extremely bulky or already have attached magazine pouches that are pretty useless to me. Price isn’t an issue I just want something that won’t interfere with my pack while also providing coverage.
