Does anyone know a good app for mapping stuff out?

So we plan to do a 20 player game on 26 acres and we need to set a perimeter, I also want to be able to add pings as we play, mark locations permanently and see where my sqaud mates are does anyone know a good app that does all that or atleast most of it? If so could you tell me which parts it does, most of us use Android but there are a few with iPhone so it would be helpful if it was on both stores if not that's okay
