Miss labeled batteries? New batteries

So I just got some Titan Power batteries and… Only one of them is labeled correctly?
I so bought X2 11.1v 3000mAh batteries and a X1 7.4v 3000mAh battery
The 7.4 is right.
But BOTH 11.1v batteries (they came in packs that say 11.1v) are marked with 7.4v on the batteries themselves. I’ll post a pic.
They are bigger.. are they really 11.1v and just the batteries misswrapped? Or did I get some Miss-packaged batteries :/
