Runcam Scopecam Plus frozen

Looking for help, couldn't find anything online or in the subreddit.
My scopecam plus froze up, and I can't get it to do anything. Screen is stuck on "connecting".
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
UPDATE: Runcam recommended trying to flash the firmware using their guide. Guide is a bit hard to follow, just have to download both the ICatch Driver update and the FRM software at the bottom of the page first, then follow the directions in the guide.
