So I really want to get a GBB Scar-L. The gun is like 360 bucks which isn't too bad but something that made me a little worried was the magazines. I'm pretty sure the Scar-L just uses M4 mags, but GBB magazines are expensive and only hold 30 rounds. That would mean I would have to get a lot more mags. I own an AEG PP-19-Vityaz with two 100 round magazines and I noticed that that already runs out quite quickly, let alone just have 30 rounds.
So one magazine is about 50/60 bucks and to be able to go on for a while i'd have to get like 4 to 6. That's a lot of money lol.
But GBB is just so so much more fun to shoot, and I actually really enjoy maintaining my guns, it's just a fun part of the hobby for me so that's not a problem at all.
So if any of you have some helpful advice (hopefully still convincing me to buy one) please do share it.
