Looking for good GBB

I recently got a spring airsoft rifle and have been loving it. I would really like to get a GBBR. I have heard differing things about winter performance and what has to use. I would love some advice, also what a good rifle would be. Only looking at .308 models. I have heard bad things about the WEtech rifles. Could anyone confirm?
