SHS AK Tune-Up Set?

So I've been told SHS makes some very high quality gears and pistons. So I was looking at some and came across this http://airsoft-club.com/shop/internal-upgrade/gears-gear-sets/shs-ak-high-torque-13-1-gear-tune-up-set-15-full-piston-blue
I know the gears and piston are SHS but what about the rest? are they high quality parts. Also if I were to put these in a gun would you recommend the wood and metal DBOYS ak74 or full metal and wood CYMA ak74? Thanks guys :)
