Airpods acting weird

Hey guys, my airpods when Connected to my iPhone work fine, when I connect to my Mac the left one stops working if I’m with the right on, if I take the right of the left comes back working, I’ve already reseted it and reconnected, no deal! Any idea what could be happening?
