cant updated airpods pro whatever i do. did everything but it just wont update

i did everything. left at night charging both iphone and airpods pro, it didnt update. left case open charging it didnt update. resetted airpods still nothing. texted apple support and they said just wait 30 minutes but it wont update. please suggest me something else. im using iphone 11 on ios 15.0.2 and airpods firmware is 3E751
