AirPods Pro 2D15 static sound when using transparency mode
Post Body

After updating to the latest firmware version for the AirPods Pro, the main thing I started to notice was the increased volume of outer sounds in transparency mode and because I’ve only tested the new firmware with transparency mode outside I couldn’t hear the static issue I am about to describe.

Yesterday I tried the transparency mode at home and since I live in a quiet apartment I started to hear a static noise with transparency mode on, quite noticeable when not playing anything. I can best describe it as the sound you hear when you are in a conversation with someone and no person is talking and the microphones are on. If you play some music you can get rid of the sound and the AirPods behave normally. The sound is totally absent in the Noise Cancellation mode. The AirPods were purchased in April and I take very good care of them, as they are cleaned daily, so the option of having debris stuck in the microphone mesh is absent for now, therefore I believe this to be a software issue.

I really want to hear you experience with the latest firmware, especially if you’ve had a similar experience.Take care!
