Just need to get this off my chest. I recently rented a pair of Air Pod Pros from the Grover app, eventually to buy. Today on the elevator where I work, the right one fell out as I took my cap off, scurried on the floor, and promptly vanished down the elevator shaft.

GOD. DAMN. IT.

The landlord said it’s likely under the elevator and to fish it out is at my expense. I used Find My and heard the Pod beep with no way to get to it. Literally torture.

Now I pray I can cancel my rental. If not, my only option is to get a replacement Pod (so long €100).

I guess I want some of you out there to commiserate and help me to not feel like such a dumb ass for losing one Air Pod. I’ve only had them for a few months. They’re the best and I want a new pair NOW!!
