I’m currently sitting on a JB flight that was supposed to leave four hours ago and we’ve been sitting at the gate for an hour after boarding, so I’m a bit cranky.
Why do the airlines insist on sharing as little information as possible? Since we’ve been on the plane we’ve heard from the pilot saying we’re getting ready to go (that was 25 minutes ago) and that’s it? Why can’t they give us some kind of update?
This seems to happen with most airlines and I don’t get it. People will be angry when there’s a delay but I think it’s much worse when there’s no info. Lack of information adds to anger and anxiety.
