Umarex SA-10 mag problems

Bought a Umarex SA-10; second time using it and it jammed. Once I freed it up again; the magazines cheap little plastic rotator won't rotate to the next position Once a pellet has been fired. Any ideas before I have to eat the cost of shipping it back on warrantee? This is my 2nd Umarex air gun, and it'll definately be my last. The replica MP40 I bought is also a POS (shame because it looks beautiful); its impossible to use on full-auto without jamming up.
