Hey guys! I picked up a Crosman AK1. Nice little gun for the price; but I want to make it look a little more like a soviet-era AK. I'm waiting for a real wood furniture kit to come in the mail; but the other thing I'd like to do is add a type II ak bayonet. Problem is; the barrel on the AK1 is too short; and doesn't have the proper muzzle brake for the bayonet to slide over. The stock imitation muzzle brake does unscrew from the ak1 (reverse thread); could I have a piece of pipe machined to "extend" the barrel, or is that a bad idea in Canada....
