Digital or Analog knobs?

Looking to buy a Air Fryer.
For those with experience with multiple Air Fryers. Do you prefer the Digital Pad verses simple knobs to set temp and time?
I am a techy. Love the look of a simple clean flat surface of a digital pad, but the 2 knobs appear like it would be super easy to set without any fumbling or press this then that.
What are your thoughts?
