Frozen food (Chicken Kebab)

So I jumped on the air fryer bandwagon and got a phillips hd9780. it cooked chicken perfectly fine, potatoes turned out to be too crispy (i guess due to less oil or too high of a temperature) but what has got me in a fix is how do I make frozen food in it?
I tried making chicken kebab in the air fryer and it took almost 40 minutes to cook, despite preheating the AF for 4 minutes at 200 celsius.
What am I doing wrong?
