My microwave is broken. So I only have two options to heat this meal. Either I can heat it in the pan or in my air fryer.

The problem is that I cant take the curry out of the package if I want to heat it in the air fryer. Can I just put the box, after removing the plastic top, in the air fryer or will it catch fire or something?
Here is what they say about preparation on the website
"Preparation: Heating:Heat this product to a minimum of 75°C in the core.
Prepare in microwave:Prick holes in the foil and heat the dish for 6 minutes at 800 watts. After preparation, let stand for 1 minute, then remove the foil and stir before consumption.
Oven:Preheat the oven to 160°C. Remove the foil and stickers and heat the container at 160°C for 30 minutes."
