I had been waiting for weeks to get a notice from Cosori when a replacement would be shipped out, I called their customer service line, and you can tell it's staffed by non-Cosori employees. I was near my wit's end and decided to message their Facebook page about it with my tracking number. Someone replied, telling me that Wifi models are taking longer to ship than non-Wifi models and said that if I was ok with a non-Wifi model, they could ship it out in a couple of business days. I never used the Wifi on my old one and told them a non-Wifi unit would be fine. This correspondence was last Friday, and true to their word, I should be getting my replacement tomorrow.
