Cosori delivered to the wrong address

Has anyone in Canada that was shipped a replacement air fryer have issues with the delivery address? I received my shipping confirmation Mar 20, the link provided has a tracking number that I tracked through canpar, apparently it was delivered today to an address in Hamilton Ontario. I live in Nova Scotia. I double checked my registration information and noticed that tracking number attached to the link is different than the one listed further down in my registration page; both are for delivery to people in Ontario.

I called Cosori and the say that isn’t their problem, the address information is correct. Which yes the information on my registration page is the correct address - neither of the tracking numbers attached to my registration page are for delivery to my address. I don’t know what to do.

The lady I got on the phone clearly had no idea regarding the Canadian shipping process. She just kept insisting that it was shipped ups and the ups tracking number didn’t exist. I explained yes it isn’t actually shipped with UPS in Canada it’s through Canpar. She had zero idea what I was talking about. I asked if there was someone she could transfer me to that dealt with the Canadian side of the recall. Nope. She can do both, even though she doesn’t even know what company delivers the Canadian replacements.

This is such a clusterfuck

Who did you purchase it through? A retailer or an online store? If possible I'd say email the online store you bought the original from, attach screen shots of the delivery confirmation to wrong address and detail your correct address.

Gently express your concerns once more to that retailer as well as cosori and wait a week?

So you cam email Amazon too, inform them that your replacement was shipped elsewhere, maybe that could help? But definitely also take screenshots and try to email them once more.
