We gave in... the air fryer has arrived. Who bakes in it?

We've just purchased an airfryer and Im so excited to try it for lunches and dinner. I've been told you can bake in it too!! ....I can't seem to get my head around it and I would love some advice, baking recipes and tips for making some sweet treats.

I guess I'll be the odd man out and say that I haven't had any luck of baking in the air fryer. I have the instant pot vortex in the fan is just too strong. Even on bake mode, it's too hot on the outside and doesn't heat evenly through.
