Hi all, interview just got pushed up to tomorrow and needless to say I am pretty nervous right now. Anyone got any tips or anything helpful for me before I head in?
Pretty average interview. They’ll ask you what you think your strengths are, your weaknesses, leadership positions you’ve held. One question they asked that I wouldn’t have expected if a buddy who’d gone through the process hadn’t told me about was, what is your biggest failure? So have an answer for that but try to roll it into something like how it was a learning opportunity for you. They want to know about a time you received criticism and how you responded to it. They asked what I would do if I don’t get accepted by this year’s boards (ie give up and crumble, accept the results and try again next year, or move on with something else). I think they want to see how you would react to disappointment but I’m not sure. Good luck!
