Signature access yvr? Reward Premium eco upgraded for cash to biz

As subject says, I booked one way YYC to HKG over YVR for 60k points premium economy. Today at check in on the app I was offered to upgrade to biz for 1020$ and jumped (had bid 1350$ to upgrade and got rejected so it was a nice surprise)
Question is: do I get access to the Signature business lounge in YVR or do I fail to qualify since my original ticket is not a $ paid one?
