new arrival here, set up my Air Canada account and I've been doing what I can to get some points. I am however Star Alliance gold card member with another airline and would like to have that card added instead of the Aeroplan that was automatically put on the booking when I was logged in.

For the life of me I cant find anywhere to change this, and calling the customer service line they started trying but say they kept getting an error, finally I hung up because I had to get to work.

Is that simply something impossible to change for Air Canada when the booking is made while logged in?

Would love to hear other peoples experience us using other *A numbers while booking with Air Canada. Cheers
