My flight is tomorrow morning and on the online portal for check in it keeps giving me an error message: "Unfortunately, your check-in request cannot be completed. We were unable to retrieve your booking. Please see an Air Canada agent for assistance. (ref: 194) "My plan is to get to the airport early and talk to the reps at the AC desk, but what could this mean? I don't know what to expect. my GF is really stressed about this and I want to resolve it asap. any advice/ tips/ possible reasons why this is happening are very welcome. Cheers.
