Hey guys,

Just recently started an Airbnb going in Texas, nice location and luxury and I priced it ~20% lower than similar comps for this month since it’s just getting started and very slow bookings.

My questions.

I am simply just using Airbnb, any apps or programs to use to boost bookings etc?
What applications would you suggest me use with Airbnb to make my life as a host easier?
How to increase bookings? Besides ofc better pics, pricing, and ad content wise(read up quite a bit here and got it professionally done)
