Airbnb host swapping?

Hi all - apologies if this thread lives elsewhere, couldn't find it if it does.
My wife and I host an Airbnb in Boston and are wondering if hosts from other locations would be interested in doing some sort of swap; they can stay at our Airbnb for free and vice versa (if properties and length of stay are equivalent). I imagine some program like this must exist somewhere though couldnt find it when searching.
If anyone knows of a program like this or is interested in staying in Boston, DM me or reply!
